seriously...i tried clicking on my name up at the top with the little (1) next to it...but it comes up with a blank page

yes...it's not a blank page... it says "le reporte" and has a bunch of header links...but nothing other than that

when you are logged in, click on your name and you can get to your messages.

i think there's profile comments and private comments...no biggie...it's not like the whole world knows i have aids now

yes, there are two different things.
user comments
and PMs.
a PM is just a usercomment that is marked private.

Also...if you're not using internet explorer as your browser...that could be a cause...
