I am often blown away by how little reality there is in the news. So I went searching: is there any news source that talks about reality, and not speeches and studies and "feelings" and all that stupid, anthrocentric crap? There are some reality news services, but their version of reality news is quirky stories, trendy human interest, and friggin' celebrities of all things. That's HIV+

Here are the pretenders:

Reality News Online - learn about celebrities and talking dogs. Not very useful.

Reality News LIve - about "reality" TV shows, for those who cannot open their front doors and walk out into reality. These people are insane.

- for "fun, wacky" stories like the man who got his hand caught in his own toilet and starved to death because he couldn't chew the arm off. Well, that's not very funny. Neither is this site.

I'm looking forward to the launch of an actual news service based on reality, and news derived from reality, instead of this pretender crap.
