I have nerve damage in my wrists from a compound fracture and years of typing.

there are very simple tests to see. if I weren't on my phone I would find them. it's something like put your arms out straight in front of you (like a zombie).
put your hands flat and then bend 90degrees down at the wrist. hold it there for 25 seconds. if you have it, I think you hand goes numb or something.

I'm going to guess you are just over stressing it with you current activities. this probably means you should stop reaching around under you leg to jerk off.

yep. i've had tendonitis since i was about 14 yrs old in both my wrists. it comes and goes. when it stays, it usually stays for about a month. so i can forget about picking up the guitar for atleast 3 weeks when i have it. painkillers and booze are the only remedies. drink up.
