For those who don’t know, Bogus Rendition is a crusty old DIY zine that focus’s mainly on heavy metal in it’s ever so many different forms, as well as whatever else I feel like putting in (usually a lot of travel stories and other stuff that for some reason I get a kick out of). There’s always plenty of photos and artwork of all kinds throughout.
To score a copy, send $2 (cash, check, money order) to the address below, or if you’re near where the free copies get left for the taking, have at it!

|
Nah. I can't ever read any og my PM's on here because I use IE. Youc an e-mail it to humanity_is_purged@hotmail.com if that's cool. |
|
cool. Ill do that. It's only one sentence mind you, but I thought it was pretty rad. Use it all you want for whatever if you like \m/ |
|
joe, I just sent you the kevorkiens angels review, and autopsy, I sent you the teratism review. Drop me a line if it didn't work on the PM thing. Enjoy! |

Killer review, awesome!
TERATISM
“Service For The Damned”
Pathos Productions
One of the best death/grind bands not only to come outta Massachusetts in a long time, but one of the best I’ve heard in a long time period. All the best sounds of crunchy NYDM mixed with some killer grooves and even breaks. Top-notch production but without the plastic feeling many bands are getting lately, the songs are technical, complex, catchy and brutal as all fucking hell. In a perfect world, TERATISM would already be on tour full time opening up for the likes of Cryptopsy, Nile, Hate Eternal, and honestly, if they keep their shit together, play their cards right and keep churning out albums as awesome as “Service For The Damned”, it wouldn’t surprise me a bit if that “perfect world" became a reality.

I can spread some with orders too.

|
I'll be there bro!
And if anyone wants to advertise, theres still time (and it's pretty cheap). If anyone on here is interested, drop me line and we can talk |
|
I don't see how PMs don't work in IE...
Rich, email me a .jpg screen capture. I will fix it. |
|
do you have photoshop or mspaint or something like that?
just open up to your PM page (go to your profile while logged in).
the hit prt scn (makes a copy of the screen in you clipboard)
and the paste that into a graphics program.
then mail me the picture. |
|
Nah. I have MSPaint but it's all fucked up.
Basically, it looks like this. With no profile picture or anything else showing up.--

|
I dunno what this is. It's my fiance's parents computer. Looking at the tower it looks like someone put it together from scratch. Looking at the time it takes to DL anything, it looks like they didn't know what they were doing. |
|
and.... norton systemworks 2004 is installed. |
|
Oh. Well, can you just e-mail me whatever PMs I have? |
|
or... you can look in the toolbar down in the bottom right of you computer.
there will be a little earth-looking thing.
click on that and a window will pop up.
unselect "ad blocking" and you will be able to see it. |

Sweet!
'Speed/crust punk with some death metal vocals here and there, plenty of blast beats, break downs, thrash parts and some of the most hilarious samples I’ve heard in a while.' |

the zine is pretty much finished and it's looking pretty sweet. Anyone looking to score a copy can either send $2 (for shipping) to the address way the hell up at the top of this thread, or come find me at the Palladium on the 30th and maybe Ill give you a free copy. |
|
Justin, I sent you the ad via email earlier today
I hope its not too late
Reply back with your address and ill mail a check out friday |
|
I will be sending the $2 for a copy right after I post this |
|
Okay, so everythings done. Got a bunch printed today. It's lookin pretty sweet. Definately the best issue yet.
Phillip, yours is getting sent out on monday (sprend the word dude).
For the record, as of now I probably will NOT be at Opeth on the 30th (hopefully Ill be 3000 miles west of there!) so anyone who wants a free copy, Armagedon Shop in Prov. will have a few around late next week, as well as Bull Moose Music in Portland and the Relapse store in Philly. Joe from Not Common will have a few for free distro as well as John from Pathos. Anyone else that wants a copy bad enough (again, it's pretty awesome and something very rare to find these days) can send $2 to the mailing address at the top of the thread (keep in mind they cost about $2 to print and another $1 to mail).
rocknroll \m/ |
