i think the charges against davis are a little fucked up:
"Davis, of New Orleans, was booked on public intoxication, resisting arrest, battery on a police officer and public intimidation."
first of all public intoxication....if the guy's on foot, who gives a fuck if he's drunk? let him stumble into traffic for all i care.
secondly the public intimidation...the guy is 64 years old, who is intimidated by a 64 year old man? not me.
and lastly, the most fucked up of all, resisting arrest and battery on a police officer....if you're having the shit kicked out of you, it's in any living creature's natural behavior to resist and fight back. it's not a crime to defend yourself when you're being needlessly attacked.
