i'm a legal alien
and for a "Foreigner" to get an american job they have to make sure that there isn't an american that can do the same job. BY LAW there are quite a few things a company has to do in order to make sure that there isn't an american who can do it.
now that i'm "legal" i can get a job where ever i want and let me tell you, americans should be thanking me because i'm not a citizen because i pay the same taxes but don't take advantage of all the benefits
