do you think these guys will come back to mtv? possibly in new episodes? im sure it would be horrible and never compare to the olden days, considering the videos theyd probably play now...in fact instead of playing old crappy videos and such, labels would probably shell out money for clips of thier artists vids to be played and berated by them

anyway, what do you guys think? back when i was young i heard of soem great bands from that show...i was just surprised to see them do a skit on mtv tonight....and to have beavis make a comment about "not being on mtv anymore"

I have 6 dvd's of beavis and butthead episodes each 1:30 minutes long. It's not AS funny but still pretty funny.

ha, I just read the this thread,then turned on mtv to see if I could cath beavis and butthead and right as I turned it on,the skit started...I rule..]
now I dont have to watch the rest of this crap.

I just bought all 3 Mike Judge Collections AND Do America at Nubes for fucking $29.99.
Apparently Judge is talking about bringing them back but this version would have them be old men in a nursing home-kinda impossible to do the show all over again. Maybe it's just a rumour.

it would definately sour the original. at least marijuana has leveled out my sense of humor to that of my eternal 13 year old self and this still works. I just wish these episodes had all the music videos within the actual short.

agreed 100%. i bought season 2 on DVD and i thought maybe i was only going to laugh out of nostalgia, but that wasn't the case at all. its hysterical. and like Josh said above, i wish there was an option to watch the videos along with the show.
