yeah, i was playing guitar when that happened.. i couldn't see what i was playing. nick happened to put the thing right behind my head and it almost blew me over..

bumping because I am curious..
do any of the local venues alllow these inside anymore? The DeeDee's Lounge dude didn't appreciate it too much. Even though we didn't appreciate his primary color sweatsuits he wore every show.
Interested in using a cheap/smaller one, not like the ones above.. that stuff was intense.

Wolves in the Throne Room had one at Club Hell. I'm sure they had it at other shows, as well.

hhaha, that thing was so powerful. I think we used it at one of our practices with him as well. industrial fog machines are intense!

Ok so I just got an email stating that it's MA law that you cant use these in a venue.
Is this true? I cant find it anywhere. I think the guy is bullshitting.
Anyone know of theyre banned?

They don't all use water vapor. The one gregs room used to have had a list of ingredients. I'm not saying it's dangerous or anything, but after a while in that room filled with fog my eyes definitely burned.

What was that 2 piece band in RI that has the guy from Headrot in it? Throne something? They had a shit ton of fog when I saw them. Maybe they're a three piece. Couldn't tell because of the fog.
