SOILENT GREEN ANNOUNCE US TOUR DATES

Relapse Records recording artists SOILENT GREEN have announced tour dates for their summer U.S. headlining tour in support of their long-awaited new album, Confrontation. SOILENT GREEN's Confrontation is slated for a July 2005 release date via Relapse.

SOILENT GREEN will hit the road beginning July 15th in Baltimore, MD at Fletcher's. The Metal Maniacs sponsored tour is expected to conclude on September 1st in Dayton, OH at Elbo's with additional dates pending. Support on the SOILENT GREEN tour will be provided by A PERFECT MURDER, INTO THE MOAT and WATCH THEM DIE. A complete listing of tour dates follows this message.

On the subject of touring, vocalist Ben Falgoust states: "We are all very eager to get on the road. This is our first full fledged US tour in almost three years, since the accidents. This will be the first time the current line-up has done a complete US tour and we are all very excited for this. We will be touring in support of our new album, Confrontation, and we are highly confident the fans will like the new material as we are very eager to bring the new material to the live setting. We will perform some older songs on this tour, but look forward to a majority of the set list to be from Confrontation. New songs such as "Leaves of Three", "A Scream Trapped Underwater","12 oz. Prophet", "This Glass House Of Broken Words" are no-holds-barred, in-your-face, "bring-the-energy" type songs." On the subject of touring alongside A PERFECT MURDER, INTO THE MOAT and WATCH THEM DIE, Falgoust commented, "These are all new and upcoming bands playing different types of extreme music. It will be good to cross genres."

SOILENT GREEN are available for interviews upon request. To speak with the band, simply contact Betsey Cichoracki at Relapse Records via any of the means listed at the bottom of this message. Updated SOILENT news and tour information will be made available at the Relapse Records website: www.RELAPSE.com and the SOILENT GREEN website: www.SOILENTGREEN.net.
