Be careful of armwrestling -- about 5 years ago I lost a match in a big way and walked away with a severe spiral fracture in my left arm. Not good. BTW, I'm not a small guy, I bench over 315lbs.

hey, i just had a spiral fracture cause of arm wrestling too...how lonng before you could lift weights again?

Dude, that stinks. I was in a full cast for 3 months. When you finally do get out of the cast, the gay doctor will want you to go to PT after a couple of weeks. Make sure in those couple of weeks you fucking yard on that arm to get as much of your full range of motion back (I have about 96% of full-range, I won't ever get it all back). Then you'll be able to show the gay ortho guy that you can move it just fine -- no PT to be added to the already exhorbitant med-bill. You should be able to lift light about 1 to 2 weeks after getting the cast off.

thanks man, this is the same guy who fractured his arm. I guess mine was a little defferent. i have 2 10 inch plates in my arm now, its two weeks after surgery and im just starting PT but it looks like i got off better than you...3 months in a cast fucking sucks.
