show was fun times. malignancy owned. they played 3 or 4 new songs which sound fucking pissah. lots of material from them, longest set I've seen them play! let's see danny made fun of tom and mike heller for being gay together, me for giving the fist, and just about everyone else in the joint. not sure how many people 30 - 40 or so. solid turn out on a night where everyone in the world went to skinless/dehumanized. most of the people/regulars there don't post here. sucks dominatus and the auburn system had to leave after they played, being under 21 sucks. drew was chill i guess especially since tom, terence and I were rowdy, cause no one really gets that rowdy at o'briens. wish i coulda seen the disengaged fiasco. i'm now convinced that malignancy is the sickest DM band from NY.

how were the other people's sets?

dominatus was much much better than the time i saw them at dee dee's. they cover i am the black wizard by emperor. sounded good, played well. should be a great band a year or two. nice dudes too.
the auburn system sounded very good. they openly stated that they were out of place on the bill with their blend of metalcore. some interesting riffs. good energy as well. won't be surprised if these dudes totally blew up sooner or later.
ascendancy debuted another new song entitle "defiant redemption". i sang on 4 or 5 songs this set, my strep throat was killing me that night. i thought we played well and recieved a warm welcome from many of the regs that come out to see us. terence's distortion sounds even better than the PVD show cause he shut off all the chourus and delay on his rythm channel.
danny from malignancy also made fun of mccracken.
