the show was great...but had nothing to do with him...he booked death without weeping....then all the other bands did all the work by getting each other on the bill...and promoting..this kid never promotes and didnt have a fuckin clue who the other bands even where. why would he have to pay for lights? they were totally unnecessary and kept almost falling over anytime a band would play.

Joe, the dude was a dick all night. kept telling kids to stop dancing this and that. he cut pillory short so putrid and darren got in his face (on stage) cursing him out and whatnot. as goratory was setting up he took the money and ran. the lights were gay. the sound was great. no one was paid. at least 150 or so people i think, i dunno.

He was also trying to mooch weed off of people standing outside. He got all pissed off when I told him I didn't smoke.

What a minute, I dealt with this guy before when I was first starting with Kevorkian's Angels on the label. He was gonna do some show, but then his number changed and email didn't work so we assumed there was no show. I forget what band he said he managed or whatever, but it was going to be at the Palladium upstairs.

By the way, Goratory told Brian (who use to do Bostons Dead) that they had a $500 guarantee so it's not unreasonable for people to think that they do.

Anyways, if someone videotapes a confrontation with this guy, I would love to see it, not because I have anything against the guy, but because I love other peoples misery.
