a night at Lupos:

i went back to the floor were everyone was and waited for The Used to get on so they did and the place went crazy it was so packed on the floor i moshd and crowd surfed a lil and by the end of there set i was soakd. so cooled off and got water a bunch of people left and then Taking Back Sunday came on. so after watching a few songs i decided i wanted to go crowd surf so i made my way to the middle surfed around for a lil and the security guard (black guy with glasses?) in the front grabs me and throws me into the stage and was like yelling at me saying fuck... or something so he threw me like into the corner so i was standing between the stage and the speaker so i was gaining my composure and another security guard (white guy) grabs me and puts me in a arm lock. now im trying to get on the stage to get to the exit but i cant because its knee high and he had my arms behind my back im like wtf chill out. so i finally crawl up there and the lil short security guard chick grabs me and basically manhandles me for a few sec while the other guy gets up and grabs me and pushes me toward the exit so another security guard grabs me and throws me out the side door.

so has anyone else had problems with security at the new lupos recently? they seem a lot more violent my friend tony was crowd surfing and the little chick grabs him by the collar and pulls him out very hard (tonys tall but still tiny only 120) my friend lil john got kicked our for moshing and he's short only 5 feet if that. When lupos was at the old spot there were never as many people getting kicked out. you felt safe to crowd surf without being assaulted by security or slammed into the stage. like when metal antony was always upfront i had no problems and there were even less problems then with these other guys. there all new young guys that don't give a shit for peoples safety its only a matter of time till someone gets hurt because of them. they seem like the get off by violently pulling people over the barricade and tossing them around. when im surfing and get to the front i let them grab me nicely and i try and put my arm around there neck for support i don't fight with them but they still tend to grab you and toss you down it used to be only the guys but now i notice girls getting volently thrown around. wtf happened???

also on a side note how much were beers at the old lupos? i paid 4 bucks for one last nite and i was pissed!

anyone have any storys to share please do... i might be emailing lupos this.
