I'm psyched, we're getting the keys tomorrow. It's off Broadway so I can walk everywhere to the bar, the store, the breakfast spot, the bakery, the practice space...
4 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bathroom, 2 roomates (punky Brian and crusty Garry...oh gee), closets everywhere, 3rd floor, garden and a yard! |

I need to fuckin get a new apartment my roomates fucking suck . The search has gone shittily. THe places I've looked at are either way too expensive or smell like cat piss or have some other catch... |

We've been lucky on this one, almost too lucky I think. Brian walked by the house and saw the sign, then he called, went to see the place, woke my up Saturday morning to go see it..done deal. $1150 a month. Doesn't stick (yet), I hope there's no cockroaches, I couldn't care less about mice.
Saturday is going to be cleaning day...just to make sure.
Gas heat with space heaters in every room. Gas and electric have been called already.
This is the first place we looked at.

Yeah I expect something..cause this is just way too nice to be true. If it's haunted, fine as long as it's not in a bad way. I don't mind extra company but it should not freak me out. |
