ok i don't know who chrisabomb is but yes we were looking into booking a show in the new england area for january or february, but we were talking to someone about massachusettes. i haven't received word yet from my drummer about this show so i can't say that it's 100% definite. i'll let you guys know as soon as i find out
and josh right now the only show we have confirmed for january is that sick shit fest in upstate NY |

ok just got off the phone with george and yes we are playing this show. so far the other bands confirmed are Wasteform, Anoxia, and Teratism. more to come, as soon as i have all the info i'll make an official detailed post about it |

I tried to tell Anne that we can do a TERATISM / ANOXIA CD release party in January with like 3 other bands, but she is being stubborn about it!
I guess we will all have to find a place (and weekend date) and do it ourselves and get 3 killer out of area bands to play it.
I am going to NY on Saturday, I will ask around to find some bands to come here for January.

As far as ANN goes, I contacted her weeks ago and have yet to get a response from her. So I went ahead and dealt with Chris since Sparky (Misery Index) spoke highly of him and Chris has called me almost everyday since we first got in contact. Im not sure what we are doing in Jan but Id like to leave it open esp since that is a heavy snow snow month and I dont want to commit to something we wont even be able to get to.

I should not have to explain anything but I'm going for it cause I really don't want any soap opera and/or miscomprehension.
I'm psyched this show is happening, don't get me wrong. If I can't do it in January, I have my reasons:
*it's the end of the year/beginning of the other: 2 busiest months of the year at the store, inventory and taxes have to be done.
*I just finally found a place to live so it's going to be moving time
*the place I usually book show at is booked for January (Fridays and Saturdays) for the same reason above I wouldn't do it in another place cause I won't have time to deal with new people/policies etc.

dehumanized will not be playing a show in r.i. in january.. there are no venues available for a show on the weekend for them cuz i already tried + if you read the post that george from dehumanized posted he said he wouldn't be doing a jan. show because of bad weather & other reasons for which i cant remember right off the top of my head & if they were to do a show in january i would cancell the show in march. it defeats the purpose to book the same bands on the same show 2 months apart. see you @ the show in march.... |
