Lately i've been listening to Crowpath, Deadguy, Botch, Kalibas, etc.

anyone know any other bands like that i might not know of and should check out?

yeah, i gotcha. but GOOD trash can recordings, like ulver's "madrigal of the night" are recorded in sick studios, not in forests on a 4-track fucked up on heroine, much to a lot of peoples' dismay.
