Yes it's true. I was an employee here for 3 years. I loved this fucking job so much. The owner had a business partner who died this year so he decided to auction everything off today. This park was a big part of my life as well as my child hood. I was ready to call it quits from haunting back in August when I learned about it. After I came back from tour I realized how much I missed it already. So I applied and was subsequently hired to the Factory of Terror in Fall River. Season starts this weekend, open til Halloween. Factory of Terror has been perhaps the highest ranked haunt in new england. Spooky World had a bad habit of being too expensive and diluted. I have orientation tomorrow night, i'm fired up. I've lived in MA for 10 years now and almost every year I'd try to round up a group of people to go to SpookyWorld. But it was a pain in the ass. Either someone couldn't get the time off from work, or they had other plans, or they just didn't have the money. So now, it's too late for me. Poop.
