Some one help me, Everytime i open yahoo, either by messenger or typing it in the address bar, a search page thing comes up and won't let me check my e-mail, I have tried 3 different spyware removal tools and none seem to work,I thought the last one did, cause i was able to get to my mail for a few days but then the same crap started happening ,this is why I have not replied to a few e-mails (KOK,TOS). anyway any help would be greatly appreciated..thanks

Todd

I can't help on the spyware thing (I'm guessing you've tried adaware and spybot), but my website www.665.org offers free email accounts.

i think it was an issue with yahoo messanger... as my system became overcome by spyware... while searcha nd destroy & yahoos spyware removed some stuff it didnt completely work... i ended up having to install a new browser...

I'd install comet cursor and gator in a hurry. that should patch things up good.

I got your aim about this.
ok, which spyware things did you install?
after scanning with the spyware tools, did you actually "clean" with them?
spy bot s&d and adaware, you need to scan and then click the items to remove.

I have tried ,Ad-aware,webroot spysweeper, and Mcafee anti spyware, and none of them seem to have gotten rid of the problem

did you download all the updates for those programs? those adware and virus scanners never pick up everything. try a google search of whatever specific symtoms its giving. I was fixing up someone's computer before that had a browser hijack like that and adaware and spybot didn't pick it up. I did a google search for whatever that search page that popped up was saying. Then I found some weird scanner that I've never heard of before and it seemed to fix the problem.
