well, there are plenty of people who give a shit about humans being killed, but the percentage of people who actually care about animals is much smaller. There has to be some organization to bring this awareness to everyone. Just like there are regular cops, there is the ASPCA for animal cruelty...Since animals can't stick up for themselves, who will?

I don't shrug off iraqi beheadings, and I'm sure peta people don't either. We have a choice to be over there or not. So if you are willing to get your head chopped off for your country then that's your decision.
