That does make sense. Hadn't thought about the federal thing- too busy being irritated by the fact that everything in MA is illegal. Except for weed. Unless you're buying it, selling it, or carrying it- that's all illegal still. Unless of course, you purchase "MA Compliant Seals" from headshops which are glorified sticky labels and mark it as sealed until it's unsealed wherein it reveals itself as "void" kind of like the stickers on gas pumps to deter skimmer installations. I've never conceal carried any of my firearms when going out to imbibe. Just a personal choice.
