Similar to Guitar Hero in concept but you can actually plug your own guitar straight into the game system. Not crazy about the song selection but the grid format is pretty neat (although a bit difficult to get accustomed to at first.) I like that it forces you to play all over the neck and theres a ton of mini games to help improve your technique.
