It's not like they just failed to include that one detail about counting heads at the door, they never contacted us at any point period, no phone call, no e-mail, I didn't even know who the actual person was to talk to until the end of the show - and yet they expected us to know all their rules. It's like nothing I've ever experienced in all the years we've played out.
