Actually lots of really good parts that wove really well into each other, with the exception of the transition to thrash metal which seemed awkard and stilted. We tend to span a lot of different subgenres of metal as a band so I appreciate what's he's trying to do - although it also does really show the total imperfection of any subgenre labels because there's a lot of overlap between different subgenres in metal (the first riff labeled as glam could also have potentially been in a Scorpions song or even some power metal songs, the metalcore part is a kind of rhythmic part that existed in metal years before there was the word metalcore, the "folk metal" parts could just as easily fit in LOTS different of types of metal, and the parts labeled melodic death and death metal could have potentially been in a thrash song and vice-versa).
