i'm talking with a guy from craigslist about buying this guitar amp

anyone ever use one?
it's almost too cheap to pass up... i have always had good feelings about their speakers and basses. never once had an issue there. i've been reading reviews online and they always get great reviews from a reliability and sound standpoint, but i can't help but be a little uneasy about picking it up because of my guitarist's recent romps down peavey terrace...
but i've been reading that it's more solidly built than a lot of peavey's more modern tube amps.
anyone have experience with one of these?
i haven't seen it yet, so it may also look like this:

edit: i realize that's a picture of a peavey ultra 60, and a peavey ultra 120 plus, but they all look the same on the outside minus the badges... having a hard time getting linkable images.
