BUT i don't think kicking the shit out of someone for what they wear is alright. I mean, i knew plenty of XXXHardCoreXXX kids who would have WANTED to kick the shit out of me for the things i did to "poison" my body, and if these kids took the same approach, there thought pattern would be. "Hey, that dude is OBVIOUSLY on drugs, and i heard he's even SOLD some drugs. I know he's just watching music now, but i don't want him selling drugs to my little brother and all his friends at shows, lets kick his ass." Maybe if i HAD sold them drugs this would be OK. Can you see the difference? You can't police because of what someone MIGHT do. That's garbage, and unconstitutional.
