hey my name is kyle. this is the 200th post on this site still with no luck but instead of just asking readers i would like to ask the readers if they know anyone who would be interested in such things and maybe could help me get ahold of them. i am a bassist from maine who would really like to start a progressive/experimental metal project. i currently live in maine and i am playing with a band but i still have tons of free time on my hands and would like to use it for something rad. i am a bassist and have been playing for 11 years. i am looking for some people who are into cynic, maudlin of the well, ephal duath, obscura, spiral arcitect, ulver, etc. i am looking for a group of musicians who want to create a unique sound using metal as a base but besides that anything goes. i have been very interested in horns lately as well as synthetic sounds, so if you like metal, pedals and different instrumentation maybe you should jam with me. if you are interested or know anyone at all who would be let me know!!!
