ANY time you talk about ANYTHING like "beliefs" at work, you are taking a chance on offending someone. Sorry buds, but it doesn't matter how much someone "pushes" you to say how you feel, if that feeling is hurtful to others, than in todays workforce you will be removed.

I REALLY hate to say it, because i don't think hurting someones fucking feelings SHOULD be grounds for being dismissed, but it is..... and the "double standard" argument that people will make about his feelings/beliefs being offended is invalid because of one simple thing. He didn't complain first. If he had went to HR and told them that this person was trying to make him feel bad about being christian, then it WOULD have went the other way. But he didn't, and they did.
