So yeah. It's looking like I'm going to have some free time to work with. And I have my chops in order. And my amp is functional enough for live use. And my car is working. So I can actually do something musically. Hoo-ray.

I definitely need a second guitarist and a drummer, may or may not need a bassist (I got people that may be willing), probably don't need a vocalist (I have no issues doing them myself, would kinda almost prefer it...but if you kick enough ass and are capable of writing lyrics I may put it into consideration.)

The usual bump in the road (Aside from random stuff popping up and fucking me over) is that I can be a bit douchebaggy with my requirements, mostly because I actually want to accomplish stuff as a band.

Transportation's a must. I'm not a soccer mom, I don't want to be driving out and picking you up every goddamn practice.
21+, please. I don't want to get shit for bar shows. (Then again I'm not aware of too many people on here under 21 anyway)
Equipment, equipment, equipment. And the knowledge to tweak it. If you can get good tone out of some random pawnshop POS, cool. If you have an ENGL full stack and a Bareknuckle-loaded Gibson LP and insist on making it sound like bees in a tincan, go fornicate yourself. [No, this isn't based on an actual experience, it's purely hypothetical]
Guitarists - It'd help if you could sweep pick. It's my main weakness, and it'd be nice to have a counterbalance in the band.
Deal with diversity. My music tastes are ridiculously varied, my influences just about as much so. I don't want to have to throw out a good song because it "doesn't fit the mold" of the band. (Read: I don't want the band to have a mold to fit into)
BE SOBER. For practice and gigs, at least. I don't care if you're a raging alcoholic or pothead, as long as you can keep that separate from the music. Shit beyond that, though, I gotta draw the line.

tl;dr - Trying to start a band, need drummer, second guitar, maybe bass, there's only room for one douche in the band (And that's me.)
