They were no help. Bonded T1's going into a Adtran router which then hooks up to an MPLS WAN that connects 4 other sites across the state. Fucknig connection would drop out for a few minutes every hour. Lame. ISP wasn't helping. Turns out it was multiple issues. One of the WIC cards on the router went bad AND somebody on the internal network plugged in a voip phone and set the IP as the default gateway that all the Citrix servers use. yay. Finally got both issues fixed. Multiple things going wrong at once = troubleshooting hell.
