FUCKING RULES!

I broke one of the ekit trigger on my AXIS pedal a couple days ago. No biggie cause BC isn't playing again till august and I'm not using it with UI or HYEO, but obviously i want to replace it as soon as possible. So I sent it out last Friday to Axis to get it replaced under warranty.. I got nervous about how long it might take so i was considering buying a new and having it over-nighted so i would definitely have one when i need it, and i would have a backup. I decided to call AXIS and see if they'd received it yet, and how long it would take to get out here. I call the number on the owners manual, and without irritating menu's, or wait time a nice lady immediately picked up. When i told her my situation she told me they hadn't received it yet, but that it didn't matter. She said once you buy an AXIS pedal, all you need to is call if something breaks. She didn't need proof that i actually bought it, she didn't need to see the broken part, she didn't even need money for shipping. She said she would send a new one tomorrow morning and that it would be here by Friday. She also said if i was touring and it broke that they would overnight any parts i need to wherever i am for free. I love this company. I love there pedals. They get a bad name because people don't realize how versatile they are. People assume that the only way to set them is with no tension, with the beater a half an inch from the head, with NO power. That is wrong. They are wonderful.

Listen people, I made this thread because i haven't had a customer service experience like this in years, and if anyone is in the market for a high end double pedal, you should spend a couple hours with an AXIS and see what it can do.
