If this were to happen it basically becomes unfair. Why should they be allowed to live in the country just because they tried to do it legally but gave up and did it illegally?

I've been in contact with many illegal immigrants and have no problem with them (except maybe their music) and have never had a job stolen from me by them...but a crime is a crime.
