Most legit companies will try their best to compensate you for a shitty purchase.

Comcast will always insist that it's your fault, and if you want anything from them you have to yell at at people for at least 45 minutes. And the MBTA's reimbursement/complaint forms go straight from their PO Box to an incinerator. You will never see a dime from the MBTA no matter how much they steal from you. Then again I said legit companies.
