Hey, here's a question. You tend to know about stuff, and I have been curious about this for a while:

I have an electric pencil sharpener right next to the moniter of my computer. Whenever I use it, the screen kind of warps and discolors slightly. Oh, and, the sharpener is plugged directly into a wall outlet, and the computer is plugged into a 7-outlet surge protecter, which is plugged into a different wall outlet than the sharpener.

So, why does it do this? Is it just because of the blade spinning in the sharpener?
