I live in North Carolina. I've never been to Myrtle Beach because that's close to four hours from where I live. I don't know anything about trains but I think Myrtle Beach has an airport.

If you're asking about temperature, right now in Raleigh the average is low 50s. It's not gonna be swimming weather in March but you certainly won't have to bundle up if you're gonna walk around on the sand or anything.
