Malden, Massachusetts' Heisai Yasokawa's Empty Orchestra have posted six songs from their eight song demo, entitled "Too Late To Give In". The band formed in November of 2007 after the break ups of former bands PS, The Taste of Silver, and Move The Rabbit. Showcasing a blend of different musical backgrounds, the demo features the songs "The Procession Of Saints", "Organic Flowers", "Everyone Is Lying Or Mending Wounds" and "The World Is Full Of Magic".

"Too Late To Give In" was recorded entirely by drummer Erik Howard.

The band is planning a two song record for the fall/winter, entitled "The Audience Is Gone".
