Actually, O'Reilly does make the better point here. While it is a case of drunk driving and therefore the person's citizenship status is nullified (an ILLEGAL alien that should not be here should adhere to our laws until he/she is removed? LESS THAN LIKELY btw) the fact that this person came into the system beforehand means he should have been deported at that time.

Geraldo's right in his point, but O'Reilly does tackle to bigger issue. To be in this country, you have to go about the procedures that are set in place, just as with any country, no matter where you're from.

But, O'Reilly (and Geraldo) both lose complete luster for me because they talk AT and OVER people. A little too much self-obesession in that room.
