Danish modern thrashers THE ARCANE ORDER return after their successful debut The Machinery of Oblivion with a record no one would have expected. In the Wake of Collisions is not the logical follow-up and it is not what people are used to in meaning of being a fan of the band. Its way beyond what the band once created. Improved instrumental skills and even more improved songwriting are what make this record stand out.

Inspired by Strapping Young Lad’s complex compositions mixed with their Danish vibe and very own sound, THE ARCANE ORDER set out to release a hurricane of a modern thrash metal album! Produced in the most brutal and crystal clear way by Jacob Hansen (NEAERA, VOLBEAT, HATESPHERE...) at the infamous Hansen Studios, In the Wake of Collisions will definitely crush everything in its wake.

Track list:
1. Death Is Imminent
2. Between Reason and Hubris
3. The Serpent Tower
4. Eruptions of Red
5. When Oceans Become Deserts
6. Unleash The Tyrant
7. The Reaping Reverence
8. Sanctity of Allegiance
9. Horizons Buried

In the Wake of Collisions will be unleashed on February 5th 2008 as a digital download release available on iTunes, Napster, DownloadPunk.com, Sony Connect, Zune, Yahoo! Music and other online stores.
