Lots of live albums are recorded like that.
It is a letdown to find this stuff out, I know. You think you're listening to a magnifincent concert performance only to find out it was probably one of several takes in a studio with crowd noise dubbed in over it.

I knew lots of live albums are recorded like this, but just didn't know that this one was. Oh well. Still an awesome record.
