I heard Rush say something intriguing today on this issue. I'm paraphrasing here when he said something like: "What if Michael Vick states that they were his dogs and he did, and should be able to do, what he wants with them. Just like women who abort babies on the premise that it is their body and they should be able to do with it what they wish."

I think if this guy is guilty he should totally go to jail. I do, however, love the radical-animal-rights-leftists who are already hanging this guy before his trial while on the other hand believe infanticide is a woman's "right". I guess animal's lives are more valued than humans to them....
