Your best bet is to email alex (sxealex above) and ask him, as he can give you a breakdown of what needs to be fixed. I'm pretty sure he's asking in the hundreds. Comes with a tire mount with a tire on it.

We've done at least two US tours in this, plus numerous other tours. It's been reasonably maintained, with frequent tweaks, cleaning, and oil changes. The starter needs to be replaced, but is under warranty so that shouldn't cost (lifetime warranty on it). The transmission was just totally rebuilt, but does need an adjustment that we didn't want to bother figuring out. The adjustment would be to get it to shift at the right times and to make sure the gears are connecting appropriately to the engine. We've barely ridden 200 miles on the new transmission, just up to NH and back.

The exhaust needs some patching. Tires are ok, headlights and electrical are fine, heating and AC need work (we found out the "trick" to them, which is it's either on or off and nothing inbetween). Wipers are good. Steering is pretty decent, I've driven it many times myself. Needs to be cleaned up inside, but this is easy as it is a conversion van that is hollow and you can do whatever you want with it. It has a seat that is strapped to the wall, but you could weld it to the floor or install your own seat.

We're looking to just sell it to pay for part of the new van.

If you're looking for a fixer upper that will drive and you can customize, this would work well. I'd want to make sure you know what you're buying but that it is a van and it will run for a couple of tours with some tuning up.

All the doors open and shut and lock well. All windows are intact and one has been added to the side. This van would come with "armor", too, to prevent your shit from getting stolen. It quite literally makes the van impervious to anyone but a supervillan or someone who has been stalking you and knows what tools to bring to get in the van. I'm not sure how much of the armor is included, but Alex can answer that.
