Aloo paratha is a flat bread stuffed with a thin layer of spiced mashed potato and a vegetable samosa is a fried or baked turnover type thing stuffed with spiced poatato and usually peas. You can find both at any indian place. If I ever get a tattoo of different wonderful food items, I plan on including vegetable pakoras. They are the perfect fried food.
