There are people like that in any culture/subculture/etc. Plently of people listen to metal to appear tough, it doesn't mean everyone does. I've said it before and I'll say it a million more times; vegans don't eat animal products because they aren't down with aiding a holocaust. Get all bent out of shape over my use of the H word if you want, but it is true. Do you seriously think that nobody doesn't support factory farming because it's horrible and they all really just want to be cool/different? What about vegan metalfolk that will get nothing but shit from the metal community for being a pussy? What about vegans in the deep south?
