Yeah, I totally understand why bands would jump at the chance to play with such a great lineup of nationals. It's just unfortunate that instead of really promoting the show, the people putting this on are just putting the burden on the bands with the "selling tickets" thing (read: "paying to play"). If you just get enough locals who have to give you a lump some of money before you let them onstage, then you can pay off the tour guarantee with zero effort. It is a lazy and sleazy way to be a show promoter.
