Have you seen every band in every basement and garage in the state? The bands will know when they themselves are playing. You find me a local power metal band that can match Dragonforce, who just signed to a HUGE label and tour worldwide. I'll give you $100. It's not even a matter of me loving Dragonforce, b/c I don't. But many, many, many people do. We barely have any power metal bands around here at all to begin with! I've heard just about every one who wants to be heard, trust me.
