you're damn right it isn't...I don't do well with any type of customer service job, even if I only have to deal with people over the phone. Vet tech is ok even when you have to deal with the so called "owners", some of which ask you intelligent questions like this stupid woman once who had a pitbull puppy and wanted to know "how can I make my dog mean?"
