closed casket: this is one of 2 ex-killgrip bands that played today. they were actually really good. The singer (ex-killgrip) busted out a scream (like at the gates era tomas) right off the bat that set a different sound for them. The music was not overly melodic with few to no breakdowns and was sometimes pierced by falsettos. They also have a keyboard player who was absent. For one of their songs, a girl came out:
"she has big tits" -singer
"oh yeah, well atleast I don't have a big ugly old dick"
that song they did (even though the mp3d keys didn't work) was my favorite. .

throwing shrapnel: (ex-killgrip take II) this was my first time seeing them with kieth only. He's keeping up the long tradition of not looking anywhere that I can get a shot of him. Out of their whole set, I only knew one song. They claim its cause they play them faster, but who's to say.

cobra noir: I thought they were really good. Their english wasn't the best, but their music was really good. Reminded me of cursed with some two-step.

asshole parade: if you liked this bad, I highly recomend listening to ringworm. Its very similar. The crowd tore it up too. The door guy had to come over and protect a bunch of the equipment.
