Swarm Of The Lotus New Album, Video and Tour!!!

With their devastating mixture of boulder-cracking riffs and subtle musical soundscapes, SWARM OF THE LOTUS embody the word "massive." The Baltimore-based quartet is currently gearing up to bring their gargantuan, down-tuned heaviness to the masses like never before.
Their forthcoming Abacus Recordings debut, The Sirens Of Silence, was recorded at Godcity Studios with Kurt Ballou (Converge) manning the helm, mastered by Alan Douches (Burnt By The Sun, A Life Once Lost) and will hit stores July 12th! The twelve-song outing takes the band's penchant for avalanche-sized cacophony to a whole new level, teetering between claustrophobia and wide-open passages of sound.
The band is filming their first ever video in Hollywood June 15-20 with director Carlos Batts (Dog Disco Fashion) for the track 'Hookworm' which promises to be Batts' most visually stunning video to date. Look for the video to hit the airwaves this summer!
SWARM OF THE LOTUS will be hitting the road this summer all over the U.S., hitting audiences everywhere with their self-proclaimed "A-Bomb Rock" beginning with a four-week tour with Misery Index, Ion Dissonance and Strong Intention starting at the end of July. So keep your ear to the ground. You'll hear their rumble well in advance.
