copywritten my ass...you can't tell me you went through the legality process of actually copywriting that picture...there is no watermark embedded into it so therefore you can't do shit. 99% of the shit online isn't exactly copywritten. Just because there is a copyright sign next to something doesn't mean it's legally copywritten.

you don't even have a tag anywhere on the picture so it's your fault for not having credits on the actual picture.. rttp is not responsible for anything posted here. If you want to prosecute someone you'll have to take it to deviant art, they are the one's hosting the image.

First of all, I took that picture, and it *is* copyrighted. Having a watermark or not has nothing to do with it. Being used for profit or not has nothing to do with it. I own that image, and it's being shown/used/posted here without my permission. This thread will be down today, trust me. My partner/co-owner of my studio has already spoken to the owner of these boards. DeviantArt has nothing to do with it. I posted that picture on DA myself, so *they* have permission to use it. This board does not.
