 eh... I wouldn't exactly call that the perfect motto for this place. I haven't been to Fall River for probably 3 years. I would say that a better motto would be "Fall River - the 1/2 finished bridge city" or "Fall River - Boarding up buildings is a growth market".Actually, "the Scholarship City" is the nickname.
