Atlanta based blacked doom quartet, WITHERED, has launched the second track from their upcoming album, "Dualitas," due out October 26th in the US and November 9th in Canada. "The Progenitor's Grasp" is available now, exclusively at Brooklyn Vegan. The lead track, "Extinguished With the Weary," debuted recently as part of the new "Metal Swim" collection, presented by Scion A/V and Cartoon Network's Adult Swim. It can be heard streaming on the band's myspace page now.

Like its predecessor, the critically acclaimed "Static Tensions," "Dualitas," was recorded by KYLESA's Phillip Cope at the Jam Room in Columbia, SC. The CD and vinyl versions of the album have different covers, both of which were created by Paul Romano (Mastodon, Trivium, The Acacia Strain). Pre-order for the album is available now. The vinyl version of "Dualitas," will be a 500 piece limited edition gatefold double LP set on 150-gram wax, which contains the exclusive 33 minute instrumental track, "Dwell."
